We understand the business challenges facing airports today. We can assist you with addressing those key issues, including:

  • Maintaining a highly available IT and network infrastructure (i.e., wired and wireless) to support Airport Operations – CUSS, CUPPS, MUFIDs, Public Safety/Police, Ticketing, Baggage Claim, Concessions, etc.
  • Implementing a scalable, high-speed and highly resilient layer 2 / layer 3 networking infrastructure - to support an airport's real-time IP traffic and communications (VoIP, CCTV IP surveillance video traffic, SIP enabled applications, etc.) and non-real-time IP traffic and communications, etc.
  • Maintaining annual PCI DSS v2.0 compliance – requires annual security awareness training updates and compliance with PCI DSS's v2.0 Self-Assessment Questionnaire.
  • Providing on-going IT and technical support for Airport constituents and end-users - a help desk, IT NOC, and IT security incident response service delivery model is required to support Airport constituents, end-users and its internal customers and tenants for all IT, physical security, and IT security business challenges.
  • Maximizing CAPEX and OPEX spending from various funding sources - in today's Airport IT and security landscape, it's not just about obtaining an ROI, it's about being smarter about short-term and long-term spending.Participation in US federal grant funding opportunities as well as identifying new sources of funding is a constant business challenge facing Airports today.
